 This agency was founded by a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) with a mission to transform how NNPs are supported and managed in the industry, while helping them navigate toward a brighter, more fulfilling future. 

 Our team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) is composed of experienced professionals, each with a minimum of five years in the field. All of our NNPs are board-certified, ensuring the highest standard of neonatal care 

 We specialize in placing Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) with NICUs in need of locum coverage, offering both short-term and long-term contract solutions.

 We currently have two active contracts with Level III-IV NICUs in Minnesota and are actively looking to expand our reach and partnerships nationwide.
